HEALTH PRE-LICENSING
Weekday Classroom Schedule
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Day One
8:00 AM until 5:00 PM - Day Two & Three
If you don't pass your state exam on the first try, you may attend another class free of charge within 90 days of your initial pre-licensing class.
Please Note: The first day of Health Pre-licensing offers joint instruction with Life Pre-licensing and covers mandatory general law pertinent to health and life insurance. Therefore, if you are also in need of Life Pre-Licensing, you may register for the class scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday immediately preceding a health pre-licensing class. At the conclusion of the five day class, you will have met the requirements for both Life and Health Pre-licensing. If you have questions, please call 704-529-3199.

Cost is $170
and includes textbook, materials and class exam for Life Only. If you
want to enroll in study for both life and health pre-licensing, the cost
is $340. You may order below.
Study at your own pace with state specific textbooks and study
guides written in-house by Horizon instructors. You also have access to
an instructor via email who can answer questions you may have.
